Definitive Valuations was originally established in April 2007 as a sole proprietorship. After appraising for 4 years as a staff appraiser, Natalie decided to open a practice of her own and Huntsville, AL was the area she chose to open shop! The company has since grown from a single person shop to a dynamic team of appraisers and support staff. Definitive Valuations is passionate about passing on their knowledge by hosting classes for real estate brokerages in addition to training up the next generation of appraisers.
